The Talking Stick Support Team works to resolve your tickets quickly and professionally, because we understand the importance of your business. You can’t grow your company if your technology isn’t helping you which is why we address support tickets based upon priority with urgent issues getting immediate attention and lower priority tickets getting worked efficiently.
There are three ways to officially open a ticket for your account.
- Click the support tickets button at the top left of this page to be redirected to our support portal.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org and a ticket will be automatically created for our support team to solve.
- Call our office at 678-281-3030. Option 2 is for the Tech Support department.

Nights, Weekends and Holidays are considered After Hours Support.
After Hours Support Ticket
If you need to open an urgent ticket during After Hours, please call 678-281-3030, Opt 2 & leave a message. Once the message is left, it will page the on-call technician who will call back quickly.
