The Talking Stick Support Team works tickets to quickly resolve your technical issues. We work tickets based upon priority with urgent issues getting immediate attention and lower priority tickets getting worked efficiently.
There are two ways to officially open a ticket.
Support Business Hours
Monday thru Friday
8:30am – 6:00pm
Nights, Weekends and Holidays are considered After Hours Support.
After Hours Support Ticket
If you need to open an urgent ticket during After Hours, please call 678-281-3030, Opt 2 & leave a message. Once the message is left, it will page the on-call technician who will call back quickly.
